ACRC – Architectures & Circuit Research Center for collaboration with the VLSI industry
ACRC is a research and teaching center within the Electrical and Computer Engineering faculty at the Technion, collaborating with Israeli industry in the area of advanced circuits for VLSI. The main goals of the center are to foster new knowledge in the field, educate and train students in circuit design skills, and transfer useful technology to the Israeli industry. Excellence, Expertise, and innovation in this critical area are essential for continued success in the development of future microelectronic technology, as well as the preparation of technically trained engineers able to successfully lead the next generation of technology and business development.
The center was formally established in a ceremony on January 14, 2008, when representatives of the supporting companies received certificates of recognition from the Technion.
